As an Enterprise Architect, my primary focus is to identify and qualify strategic account coverage on a company-wide basis. I am an Evangelist for vision, strategy, new practices, offerings from Presidio and other strategic partners. My focus is multi-architectural, meaning that I engage with multiple Presidio National Practices. I work with business and strategic architects at various Presidio customers, typically at the Director level and above. I initiate Vision documents and collaborative requirements gathering that align with the different Presidio National teams. In addition to my role as an Enterprise Architect, Presidio has also honored me with the ability to be a trusted engineer representing Presidio on the Dell and Pure Technical Partner Advisory Boards. As a Sr Solutions Architect, my primary focus was working with customers to expose business objects and to design Information Technology solutions that would solve those business objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner. In this role, I work with C-Level executives to system and network administrators on designing solutions to meet those needs. Responsible for managing the engineering and technical specifications of a Dell Global Services program using Agile scrum methods.
Coordinated five global development teams in developing a web portal that integrated newly acquired Dell technology with the Dell internal IT systems, mitigating risks ensuring utilization of Agile scrum and driving project success.
Launched two versions of server inventory collector by creating project charter, obtaining requirements from project stakeholders, working with project team on development tasks, developed project schedule, and worked with developer and test groups to successfully complete the projects and launch for the first time on support.dell.com.
Improved new SAN inventory utility using Agile SCRUM methods and transitioned it from a complex shell script to Java without losing functionality, while enhancing features, and reducing processing time. Identified and engaged highly skilled offshore team, trained and coached team in SAN maintenance processes ensuring expert analysis and implementation and succeeded in launching new version on support.dell.com.
Redesigned SAN CDB UI for improved stability and to follow Dell IT development guidelines prior to transition to Global Service CDB UI. Coordinated with Dell IT development resources to train existing resources on new techniques. Developed project charter, obtained business requirements, produced project time line, and successfully launched new version of CDB UI to Dell Global Services organization.

Collaborated in project to develop a new patent pending SAN maintenance process for obtaining current configuration information from customer storage area networks. Effectively communicated new process globally.
Lead project that resulted in saving $1.2M annually by reducing analysis and design time for SAN design architecture team, significantly improving efficiency of obtaining SAN configuration data, and standardizing the SAN maintenance process globally.
Lead team of subject matter experts for the Americas Services organization for a replacement global customer relationship management interface (CRM). New CRM allowed for improved customer experience, and better reporting of technical support cases.
